Oral ketoconazole (Nizoral, etc) will continue to fall out of favor for fungal infections...due to stronger labeling restrictions.
It's no longer approved for skin infections due to the risk of hepatotoxicity, adrenal insufficiency, and serious drug interactions.
And it will probably be withdrawn in Europe.
